All coffee beans in this range are kept in frozen vacuum-sealed lots to preserve their moisture content, quality and freshness. Each bag sold is roasted on demand in our ROEST Sample Roaster and clearly labelled with the roast date.

No Gold Stars is economically priced and usually Scores 83-87
1 Gold Star is the premium end of the market and usually scores 87-90
2 Gold Stars is Cup Of Excellent Quality at a very high price scoring 90+
